We are a dynamic digital agency and label services company based in Sydney, London and Los Angeles. We help our clients navigate the online landscape and tell their stories in the most effective and creative ways. Our passion and speciality is music, and we provide tailored services and bespoke strategies to artists (independent and signed) and the teams supporting them.
We’re looking for a digital native with a passion for creative to join our London based team on a part-time basis as a Creative Intern. You are a self-motivated individual who is passionate about making visual things and will report directly to our Creative Manager.
The ideal candidate is someone who isn’t afraid to dive right in. Someone who understands the power of branding, content and social media. Someone who is fluent in all social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, among others. Someone who can expertly navigate the Adobe Suite. Someone who loves video editing and motion design. Someone with a sharp eye for design and detail. Someone who is excited to learn and who loves working directly with artists.
Responsibilities:
- Practical creative experience such as (but not limited to): videography/filming and editing/photography/animation/design is important
- Apply social media trends and strategies to design and video edits, in particular TikTok
- Being aware and actively using social media platforms such Instagram / TikTok / YouTube
- Working closely with the audience team to ensure audience insight and strategy is considered when creating artist assets and content
- Creating a range of static social media assets to support an artist’s release campaign
- Creating a range of video social media assets, editing footage and applying text, effects and design to drive marketing results
- Strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere are necessary
- Work to deadlines and is comfortable working under pressure
- Creating call sheets and schedules
- Taking comprehensive notes in meetings and sharing post meeting in a succinct, timely fashion
- Collating and distributing campaign assets – e.g. photos, artwork, presentations
- Working closely with marketing teams to ensure creative assets are delivered within an agreed timeframe
- Ability to work in a small team and be comfortable liaising with artists, artist manager and label teams with a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to shoot and capture content is helpful
- Animation skills are helpful
